I recently booked a trip with April for myself, my boyfriend, and our six children combined. We were seeking an all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic. April was amazing throughout the entire process, beginning with her taking the time to send many options to me to explore. She was open to all of my feedback and tailored the searches to meet my requests. Once we settled on a resort, she handled all of the flight and transfer scheduling. She sent all the information in a beautiful itinerary where we were easily able to access all of the confirmation numbers and resort information. Once we arrived at the resort, everything was beautiful. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had several issues with this resort. I had been in contact with April throughout, and she did all she could to make our stay there comfortable. When the resort was less than responsive, April switched gears and quickly provided us with options, including switching to a new resort. She promptly provided us with three options which we researched and made a decision. On the day that we transferred resorts, we had left one and were settled in the other within an hour and a half, thanks to April‘s arranging of all of the transfers and quick check-in. She ensured that the new resort treated us with extra TLC and we had an amazing experience. Coming home, there were concerns about an impending hurricane and she was also on call and in contact ready to support us with any flight cancellations or delays. I truly can’t say enough about April‘s dedication and commitment to supporting her clients. She does so with empathy and urgency, April stayed calm and collected, and was able to quickly problem solve the situation. I have no doubt she will be planning all my trips going forward.  April was great! Always stayed in communication, even in the middle of the night. Reminded us of upcoming important dates, which we needed because we are so busy!!! She sent us a nice anniversary gift to our stateroom while we were away! And she stayed in touch with me via WhatsApp during the entire trip in case I needed her and was incredibly responsive throughout that time. I highly recommend using April! She truly cares and considers each client's specific needs. She made sure my husband and I had time together alone and also enough kid-friendly activities for our boys!!! Thanks, April!
